I have been providing articles about Spurs for the PushandRun.com site for about a year now covering a range of subjects. I have come to enjoy this sideline and I see this site as perhaps providing me the opportunity to branch out into football in general (rather than just Spurs) and into other sports with which I hope to be able to provide a useful opinion. I am 41. I work as a civil servant in the Department of Trade and Industry where I am responsible for Competition law and mergers and takeovers (this means I also have a good understanding of football club takeovers!). I would like to feel that my writing style, whilst purposely opinionated at times, is above the normal in that I try to inject some intellect into a debate, whilst also provoking opinions.
