Good on analysis but underbaked on conclusion. The 1st test match may hold the key as it is the pitch most likely to yield a result. Both sides batting looks like their strongest suit even if India's is built more on reputation than form. Better Indian sides have toured England since 1986 playing in better conditions against weaker opposition and failed to win. If India win 1st Test I'll go for 1-0 to India. If England win 1st Test I reckon England 3-0.

Hi Madhusudan, I don't think that India will have it easy. India sure has a very good chance of winning, but will have to play out of its skin. Zaheer and Kumble are the real potent bowlers. Sreesanth is quite unpredictable and that is worrying. I still wonder if we have the bowling to dismiss England out twice. The bowling has allowed the tails of the smaller teams to wag in the warm-up matches, and that is worrying. And the batting is capable of collapses. However, Sachin, Rahul, Sourav and VVS aren't all going to fail twice in the same test. Its the bowling that's looking iffy. And Graem, there is no way India would be thrashed 3-0 :)
