Rasmussen seems to be genuine, not an easy task amongst all the doping-hype that cycling is carrying around. If he keeps doing so well to the point of victory, I hope it won't be just to let us down with another doping "discovery"

It looks like an amazing finish looming between Rasmussen and Contador - it'll be interesting to see if either one breaks. Harsh call on Evans too, he's a good climber and solid time trialler, but lacks the ability and, more importantly, the team of someone like Armstrong to just take control of the race. Still, if he's going to win, he'll need to do something special to make up the time. It's going to be an exciting last week. Cheers.

Yeah, perhaps a bit harsh on Evans, and I hope to see him attack yet - he knows he must get some time back out of Ramussen now, even with his superior time trialling skills. The big story at the moment though seems to be those allegations about Rasmussen's mountain-biking days. It 'aint over yet...!!

I worry what another drug scandal will do to the sport, especially one involving the winner for the second year in a row. For now though, I'm just going to close my mind to it and enjoy the racing. The battle between Contador and Rasmussen is brilliant but from an Aussie point of view, I hope they ride each other into the ground tonight so that Evans can sweep through and win. I think that it's his only hope now.

Absolutely stunned when I heard the news this morning. How could he be so bloody stupid. The performmance did have something of a Landis flavour to them though - down one day, unbeatable the next. Idiot!!!!
