SUNDERLAND v CHELSEA (Sunday, 16:00 BST)

Sunderland lost 3-1 on the road to Portsmouth in their last match, the Black Cats' fourth straight match without a win.

In their last five, Ricky Sbragia's men have won one, drawn one, and lost three. They are currently 16th in the Premier League with 36 points; however, they could still be relegated if they lose to Chelsea and both Hull and Newcastle win.

Sunderland will be without Craig Gordon, David Connolly, Russell Anderson and Nyron Nosworthy for this match.

Chelsea beat Blackburn Rovers 2-0 in their last match, the Blues' fourth straight win and sixth victory in seven games.

In their last five, third-placed Chelsea have won four and drawn one. They are three points behind second-placed Liverpool and 11 ahead of fourth-placed Arsenal. Chelsea will be without Deco, Ricardo Carvalho, Paulo Ferreira and Joe Cole.

Prediction: This season's Chelsea v Sunderland fixture saw the Blues thrash the Black Cats 5-0. Chelsea will likely be more concerned about their upcoming FA Cup Final against Everton than this match, but Sunderland will be doing all they can to grab at least a point from this fixture to guarantee Premier League survival.

Chelsea have been in fine form lately whilst Sunderland have been struggling, and so the Blues will be favourites to win. But if Guus Hiddink rests key players in preparation for next weekend's FA Cup clash, Sunderland could grab a draw if they can find a vast improvement from their recent form.

LIVERPOOL v TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR (Sunday, 16:00)

Liverpool won 2-0 at West Brom 2-0 in their last match, the Reds' fourth straight win and ninth victory in ten matches.

In their last five games, Liverpool have won four and drawn one and are currently three points clear of third-placed Chelsea.

A win or a draw here would secure the runners-up spot after defending champions Manchester United secured their third successive title last weekend.

Liverpool will likely field a full strength side in their last match of the season, with Phillip Degen currently their only injury.

Spurs beat Manchester City 2-1 at White Hart Lane in their last league encounter - their sixth win in their last nine matches.

In their last five, Tottenham have won three, drawn one, and lost one and currently sit eighth in the league. A win in this match would secure Spurs a spot in next season's Europa League if Fulham lose against Everton at Craven Cottage.

Tottenham may welcome Aaron Lennon and Jonathan Woodgate back from injury for this match, but they will still be without Tom Huddlestone, Jamie O'Hara and Darren Bent.

Prediction: Spurs won this season's home game against Liverpool 2-1, and also beat them 4-2 in the League Cup. After learning that their title bid was over last weekend, the Reds are only playing to secure second place.

Harry Redknapp's Tottenham still have plenty to play for, though, and a win could secure the last available spot in next season's Europa League. But they will have their work cut out against a side who have not lost at home in the league all season, and will still want to finish the season on a high with a win here.

Liverpool will enter the match as favourites, but Tottenham have been in impressive form as of late and a draw could be a possibility.
