Supporters from Carling Cup finalists Arsenal and Chelsea have been invited to help plan the event at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium on February 25.

The tournament sponsors have arranged a ‘Carling cabinet’ between fan representatives of the two clubs and the final organisers. The minutes will be published on the sponsors' website, www.carling.com, next week. Things to be organised include a pre-match presentation, hospitality, stadium music and general atmosphere at the game.

Carling will also be handing over its contractual ticket allocation to fans, just as they did for last year’s final. Almost 900 Chelsea and Arsenal fans are set to benefit and 200 fans from each club will be pre-match guests in the sponsor’s suite.

This year’s final will be the last Carling Cup Final held at the Millennium Stadium, with the 2008 final set to be held at the new Wembley Stadium.
