Jose has proved he really is the Special one because he's won the Carling Cup and two Premiership titles? Christ, if that's all you have to do to be dubbed "The Special One" we should start calling Ferguson "The One Whose Name We Cannot Speak Of"! As a United fan, I'd rather be involved in "just" three competitions, and be 6 points clear at the top of the league. If Chelsea fans are happy being in four competitions, even if that means being 6 points behind in the most important trophy of the season, then so be it... Scott the Red

Arsenal ARE in all four competitions! And you say that Jose is the only manager would 'get away' with Essien out of position - what about Flamini last season during the nearly whole Champions league campaign fillinf in at left-back. Whoops, do your research for other teams aswell before you praise your messiah

Jose Mourinho played Essien at centre-back and got away with it. Who said anything about left back anyway??? Oh Essien played there as well!

Hello! I have to first of all thank you for drafting this wonderful article. He, Jose Mourinho, has undisputedly proven that he is a top class coach, with his unwavering man-management skills, his unflinching motivation of top world class players of diverse culture and background, and above all in the midst of the crisis in the boardroom and the criticism from anti-chelsea supporters, he has been able to weather it all and remain alive, battling on four fronts unlike his rivals. What else would a top class coach be judged on? If a coach could be able to maintain this level of motivation, result oriented enthusiasm, amidst all controversies over his future at the club and moreso considering the hard luck we have had in the club this season as a result of injuries to irreplaceable players like John Terry, Peter Cech, to mention a few.
