News that Ronaldinho is on the way to AC Milan is gathering momentum. The Brazilian superstar apparently feels the 'cycle' at Barcelona is over and wants to move.

Milan have been turning to Brazilians to help return them to winning ways, much like Real Madrid a couple years back (hopefully it works out differently for the Rossoneri), and the large Samba contingent is another reason believed to be causing the Barca ace to consider the move. Also, there is the reported bust-up with Samuel Eto'o and Frank Rijkaard, the allegations of missing training sessions and the fact that Ronaldinho would probably play a more central role at Milan rather than out on the left.

There is definitely cause for Barcelona to report Milan for tapping up in this case. Not only do they announce their interest in Ronaldinho and dine with his agent, they do it on a weekly basis. Milan reported Real Madrid this season for tapping up Kaka and it would only seem fair if the same happened to them. However, it seems Milan are willing to face disciplinary action to secure Dinho's signature.

Milan are reportedly ready to splash £75million on Ronaldinho. If the players were willing to come, Milan could buy Fernando Torres and David Villa with a bit of cash left over or perhaps Vincenzo Iaquinta, Luca Toni, Andrea Barzaglia and Marco Amelia and perhaps still have cash remaining for a youngster like Alessandro Rosina. They definitely need to buy more than just one player before next season to catch up to Inter.
