So you just decided to ignore the fact that FC United are still getting home crowds of 2500-3000 despite Man Utd's excellent season? How is choosing to support a North West Counties team over a Premiership side "all too convenient"? Does the 14% ticket price increase and the auto cup scheme enforced by the Glazers not nark you at all? And who the hell are Michael Evra and Stehen Fletcher???

Don't you think that the new TV deal has anything to do with the new signings, do you think the Glazers put their hands into their pockets?????

It's all to convenient for United fans to throw the dummy out and leave the club at the end of a season when we've won nothing and finished third. When United became a .plc and had "football club" taken off the badge, we were winning the treble, so there was no motions for FC United then. Ticket prices increased by 100% in the 10 years before the Glazers when we were a .plc On average, the Glazers have continued to increase ticket prices at the same rate (some tickets have gone up 14%, other tickets have gone up 5%). So? (and no idea who those players are, ask the editor. They certainly weren't there in the copy I sent them.)

Look guys crippling debts hmmmm, listen i have a season ticket and i am really annoyed that my ticket will cost £890 next year to get, but i am also a chartered accountant, (no i am not prawn sandwich you will hear me sing and swear) in this day and age when a company gets that big as man u did with out billionaire owners its the only way it the only way yo go plc, but at the end of every year weather you like it or not, share holders have to be satisfied and every year the dividends (by the way we paid more on dividends then we do now on capital and intrest payments on these loans) he has just altered the structure of capital, we won the premiership this year, looks like we can retain it with these boys and maybe dare i say it win the european next year, come on lets shut up about the glaziers and enjoy the football, our team really can do the quadrouple next year, and besides weather we were plc or not abromavich would or still bought chelsea and spent hundreds or millions there was nothing we could dothe
last two seasons are history now we are back and better then ever

You are completely missing the point. What's all this crap about taking my allegiance to FCUM? I'm still an MUFC fan - just not a supporter. If I have to explain it all again to numpties like you I'll explode. Besides if you don't understand by now youy never will!
Glazer is a multi-millionaire. He's not a billionaire (as an accountant you must know that billion = million million. He has't got anywhere near that). Tampa Bay Buccs are in trouble & winning nothing. We did not pay more out in dividends than interest. Dividends = £24million 2004. Glazers debt=£67million 2006. Go figure. Who is GlazIer? Debt is increasing at 7x income whereas when we were a plc there was no debt. Never let any FACTS get in the way of a good story. Never report on what's really happening in case you don't get your tickets for the Cup final.
The tv deal=£30/person/game = virtually everyone can get in for FREE to every PL game next season. Only greed suggests otherwise. £5/game is too much with this deal. Cantona stated that when all else has gone only money keeps players where they are. So, the 'fans' are paying for greedy players, greedy agents, greedy speculative business-men. I've got my own mortgage to pay I'm NOT paying Glazers!
JAY TAKE IT EASY WE ARE BOTH FANS MATE. and i did not have a go at FCUM, right glazier if you look at forbes is worth 2.82 billion dollars nett. and is the 87 richest person in america. not exactly mr abromavich and you are picking out one year, you must also remember we had 87 million in short term debentures in 2004 and that cost us 37 million and we also had a long term deveopment plan ie the new stadiums which were costing us 5 million so even picking the cheapest year we still paid out over all57 million and the extra 7 million is not going to kill us, now pick the treble winning year mate and see how much our dividentd yield was.
besides which lets face it, man u won the premiership this year and we have a great team to challenge on all fronts again, i think things are looking good long term.
also mate, (sorry bud but i am a chartered accountant so i like to think i have a unique way of cutting through the bull crap) all shares are is iou's to people which dividend or there intrest hasve to be paid, there are only 2 ways to finance capital for a company loan capital or share capital, if you look at our nett debt is has actually gone down and been written off in to intangable assets so in actual fact cut though the media bullshit and what the papers like the sun say and we are in good shape to challenge in the future

Those yankee-doodle Glazers are 1st & foremost, professional team owners in the US and they [owners] are damnest & financially shrewd in that field especially on global TV media broadcasting revenues. Those US-centric sports like NFL, NBA, MLB & NHL will have limited global appeal unlike soccer [truly a world sport]. Soccer is the next global frontier. For them to use debt to acquire Manyoo is perfectly logical if media revenues continue to escalate upwards over time especially in the Premiership & CL. Why would you use your own capital instead of debt when the capital return is much greater when using debt! As long as the team is successful on the pitch, the cash flow would pay off the debt interest & the club would be a valuable global asset. Signing Hargreaves, Anderson & Nani would pay off by itself with Germany, Brazil & Portugal media clamouring to broadcast matches featuring those stars. No wonder, Yankees have been keen to buy up leading Premiership teams. Roman's way with Chelski is too extravagant

I'm very glad with the signings, but I am worried that these big spendings has more to do with Fergie's good housekeeping than a sudden burst of generousity from the Glazers. In other words, they just provided as much as they normally would and don't deserve so much credit. We might not even get the funds for a high-profile stiker in a few months.

If you are a United fan, like me, you have nothing to complain about. We have signed great players for the past two years, and look where it got us, we got the Premiership, nearly had the FA Cup, and got to the semi-finals of the Champions League. Surely this is an indication of great things to come. Treble, here we come!!!

people who go watch fc united are just ridiculious. By the way who cares ow man united are affording the new players as long as if we win champons league, premier league, Fa cup and league cup next year its fine. So people who are debating just stop and look where the glazers have taken us. And hes getitng carlos tevez so who cares.
