I really hate it when people make statements such as "would leave in the blink of an eye etc.." Chimbonda said he was focused on Spurs and wasn't seeking a move anywhere after the 10m offer, so what has changed? Oh I suppose this is based on the way he left Wigan. Please dont assume such things because of a players past, it really doesn't mean anything and often (Defoe for example) a player will not behave the same way twice for fear of developing a worse reputation.

Naismith to Celtic 9/10???? You gave him joining Rangers 9/10 a couple of days ago. Really insightful !!!

Yes i gave 9/10 a couple of days ago, but then Rangers pulled out, so now it seems likely he will join Celtic, hence 9/10. Capiche? Not an exact science i know, just a prediction, not that insightful. Who do you think Rangers will snare this summer?

WBA value Davies at 10 million so Routledge plus 4 million surely wouldn't be enough. If Routledge is worth 6 million then Bent must be worth 25! Besides Tottenham signed Kaboul this morning
sirbillynick thanks ever so much for letting us know we need an LM! I'd never thought, or heard anything about that before. Yid of the year for you!!!

Mark, where do you dream up this nonsense? Rangers have never 'pulled out' as you put it. They have been offering anything from 250K to £1M over the last few weeks for a £1.5M to £2M player, and are still trying to scrape together a pay by instalments deal to sign him. They have never pulled out, Killie just know that there at least two Scottish clubs who could cough up at least £1.5M to trump Murray & his moonbeams, so are quite rightly stalling until a club offers what they want. Celtic dont need Naismith, but I can envisage them buying him and leaving him on loan at Killie for the next 6-12 months - either that or he will go to Hibs!

Sorry i don't think i have missed the point, i think you have, i am just relating rumours, rumours that suggest that Rangers have pulled out of the race for Naismith, not my words but the newspaper that i quoted, that is the idea of this rumour mill piece. Capiche?

Arsenal is my fav team in the world.

Good artical, Can't believe the Times are rating Routledge @ £4m but it'd be nice to see Davies join the ranks and I think Wayne would do well in the Championship. As for the Sun stirring the Chimbonda thing up again - he's going nowhere, maybe they've got too much space left in the paper after all the rain at SW19!!! COYS!
