Quaresma has been doing the rounds for months now, not really sure if i am interested in him anymore, lets have Joe Cole instead!

I've begun to be addicted to your daily column Mark! Appiah would be great for Arsenal.

you are taking the mick mate, why the heck do you make up transfer gossip, you guys will stoop to any level in order to get readers, worse then tribalfootball is this site, and its gotta be the time i visit this tribel of crap. Their use to be a time where you aat least had some opinions on football.

1stly, the author knows %^# all. quaresma wants to stay at porto for the moment (probably to ensure his squad place for euro2008) and would only move to a major club in spain. he doesnt like english football, he likes skillful football none of those teams nor their fans deserve quaresma. he's too good for them. u cant gauge the magnitude of his talent. for yrs in portugal, almost everyone will tell u that he is more talented than ronaldo.

We need to act swiftly, whoever lands Appiah will be laughing, as he is fantastic, but what i want is Joe Cole back where he belongs, we love him, and we know he sees West Ham as his club, do the right thing!!! GET US ANOTHER GOAL SCORER MAGGERS PLEASE!!!

Quaresma would be a wonderful buy, but that is too much money. He can fill the left midfield void and would terrorise opposing teams.

If any team wants Appiah then they better be prepared to pay out his massive wages. He currently earns 70k per week at Fenerbache and is treated like a king. Theres no way he will come for any less! Great player... Very Strong and dominates in midfield! Would love to see him at Spurs but we wouldnt pay his wage demands and also cant offer him champions league YET!

more talented then Ronaldo? I think you'll find he is the less talented and older version of ronaldo... Cracking player no doubt, but wants to go to spain where he wont be made to defend much compared to the PL... Until he's played in one of the big leagues the kinda money been talked about for him is daft! Wouldn't complain much if we signed him though ;-)

i think that man u wont buy another striker before the transfer window shuts with rooney and ronaldo due to return( rooney before due) i think their lacking of goal power isnt a problem beacaus they will have targetme such as rooney ronaldo and saha; who have all proved themselves capable of scoring goals as long as they stay fit tevez will take a while to gel in he proved to be the type of player who can walk into any system and adapt instantly it took him a while at west ham and no doubt it is taking him time at man u but if man u do dip into the transfer kitty and buy another player it should be adriano or gudjohnsen beacause they are both proven and gudjohnsen has played in the premeirship and had success he can score goals and if he comes to man u he would but i dont think it is contempary for success to sign a strikeer i think SAF knows what he is doing and will only buy a player who will improve the squad vastly for the long term. me....

No way will Jermaine Defoe end up at Man U! They need a target man to offset all their fancy dan 15 goal a season strikers. His destiny is in the claret and blue of aston villa. Where the ans will love him, the football will suit him,(unlike long ball pompey) and with half of the future England team already at Villa, his England chances would be improved dramatically. Otherwise a nice article Mark.

why do stories come out saying that the are possible going to buy defoe and porto star and then kenyon says no new transfers i wish this news would not come out unless it was true
by dami on August 30, 2007
i think appiah will be a good asset to the arsenal spuad because he strong and has good feet and we also need another midfielder and he would be perfect arsene should sign him before the end of the transfer window.
