Skill is important but team spirit can overcome most obstacles. I like to see a team huddle in a circle before a game, and I like to see the Kiwis rugby players do their war dance. These are examples of teams acting as one. If just one players doesn't pull his weight he may as well be on the bench. We want no weak links like that and with the players we've got, we will certainly have no worries if they work unselfishly as a single unit.
