Get off the West Ham bandwagon? Why-because its uncomfortably true what has been written & said about them? In you warped tiny brain cell why are West Ham innocent & Leeds United guilty? You failed to elaborate on your reasons there fella! Could this because your 1 brain cell had overloaded on trying to spell Conference? If you are a West Ham supporter then I truly feel sorry for them, as with tits like you they've already got a bigger infliction of injustice than what has been handed out to my beloved LUFC! MOT

Well phrased author. Not my ideal first choice of a management team, but they are winning me over. Comments from others as expected! Like the old joke - which 3 teams have swear words in their names..Arsenal, Scunthorpe and f****** leeds! It makes us stronger and unique. Watch out we are coming back!

KPMG were the decision makers and are also unaccountable to the football league. Leeds are only being punished because the authorities can't touch their ex-administrators. Leeds shall overcome the injustices and rise once more.

15 POINTS,WHO GIVES A F**K,WERE SUPER LEEDS,AND WERE GOING UP! ..LEEDSSIMON...

I think you will find that there are set penalties for breaking insolvency rules thats why Leeds got the 15 point deduction. As for West Ham's case there were no fixed rules so it was up to the tribunal. If you are going to write an article, then at least don't let personal prejudice get in the way. Oh and i hope Leeds do well this season, a strong Leeds Utd are good for English football.

Istanbul Hammer, where exactly in the rule book, set out by the FL, does it say deduct 15 pts in these circumstances? Why have the FL now written IN a rule to cover this kind of issue? The FL were pissed off with Leeds United because we took our 10pt deduction, (as laid out in the rule book), for going into Admin when it really didn't affect the outcome of our season last term. They were determined to punish us further, come what may. Like the FL were asked, how could we have exited Admin in the set out manner when the Taxman wanted LUFC to pay monies set aside for secured Football creditors, to them? No other football club has ever been hounded in this manner before. Had we have done as they asked then we would then have been thrown out of the FL because we hadn't paid the secured creditors there money! Damned if we do, damned if we don't! So fella if they could make a new rule up for our unique situation, then why couldn't they have done the same for your club? In your words, don't let personal prej

Actually Leeds were deducted 25 points (across two seasons) for breaching insolvency rules - guarantee that no one will ever receive a similar penalty for any offence in British football. I dount that most football people would understand or care about the finer points of insolvency but KPMG are not a bunch of novices being and I dont see any one being too bold in their on the record comments about their competancy. This is just politics great fun for fans of the other 91 clubs but wrecking the game none the less.

We've caught up 9 points on the leaders after only 10 games. We'll cruise through this league no problems. Hopefully we'll find ourself in the prem in the next 5 years or so. Man City go back to the prem after being in the 3rd division (didnt take them that long either) so im confident we (Leeds) can do the same

I agree Leeds have been shafted but dont compare to West Ham. West Ham have fielded two third party players which is not illegal - tell me what else they have done! If they had apealled against £5m they would have won. Get over this London-clubs-get-different-rules bollox.
