Your right Arsenal are a keeper away from being untouchable, Iker is as good as most! could we afford him? not sure
by Farrukh on October 23, 2007
We could afford Casillas but we all know that Wenger won't buy him. He doesn't like to spend big on players.
by Gaz on October 23, 2007
Man U wont get Casillas, The Glazers wont sacrifice the extra cash to get him as he is probably worth £20 - £30 million nowadays? Tottenham is full of highly paid pre-madonnas who need a big kick up their arse! Perhaps if they adopted the pay scheme of Sunderland (the lower the team is in the prem the lower each players wage becomes) then they would soon see some players pullin their socks up!

He's too long in the tooth these days. We need another quality young gun to go along with Torres and Babel. Raul is too slow for the EPL. The only way I could see Raul coming to town is if it was on a free trnasfer.

I think wenger might go for him but theres no doubt about us having money, were the sencond richest club in europe earning over £33 million every week

The last thing underperforming players should do is whinge about how crap their team is doing. It's a TEAM problem, so Pascal should zip it unless he suddenly becomes our best player. http://www.spurs101.com

by Belly on October 24, 2007
so this Arsenal fan reckons they make 1716million a year. hmm, think they've miscalculated there. Also are you the Arsenal fans that were all complainging in the summer and worried that Spurs were gonna take 4th spot from you? or are you going to try and make out that you had full faith in the team and expected them to of not lost a game by 3rd week in October. if it's the latter you are lying.
by arsenal on October 24, 2007
we will sign casillas, and we will win the EPL manu r sh**
by Max on October 24, 2007
we dont need that spanish mug we got benny foster!!!
by laban on October 24, 2007
even if we sign cassillas or not we still have confidence.
by rory on October 24, 2007
casillas will not leave ral madrid there is no reason for him going from one big club to another is kind of pointless. He is happy were he is.
by billy1982 on October 24, 2007
I think only spurs fans thought they were gonna take a champions league spot from arsenal belly. Its just that there were so many of 'em on this site during the summer talking rubbish it made it seem like the majority of posters were idiots.
by matt1724 on October 24, 2007
It doesn't matter what we want. Casillas would never leave a country where he is a national hero on a team who is always trying to take players from Arsenal. We have had a hard enough time keeping spanish players here, (Reyes or the constant Cesc rumors), how are we going to get one who is in a good situation.
by supaglu on October 28, 2007
he wud be awsum if we landed him.
by Mihir Sinha on November 19, 2007
Why would Iker want to switch to Spurs unless Real are tempted by the offer!! He's already playing in the best league in the world and for the most famous team.
by lamin on January 03, 2008
well i wonder why casillas should moved to manchester united.that is not the right place for him.
by Jake Thomas on February 17, 2009
