a french cock as an england manager. a manager who doesn't think english players are good enough for his team? got to be better then MaClaren. Let him start off with the under 16's though, he'll enjoy that

Apart from the fact that Arsene is far too intelligent to want to take on the poisoned chalice of the England job, he also wouldn't want to experience demotion at this stage of his career by working with & managing lesser players than he's used to at Arsenal. Do the maths! That's why he'll never be England manager.

ceases to amaze me how innacurate and pointless the articles on this site can be. I guess this is mirrored by the baboons that post comments such as the one above. You deserve each other.
Reference to the comment above was for aerobox's comment. Vuja De's comment is actually the first sensible comment I have read on Sportingo

arsene is totally at his zenith at arsenal, is on the verge of putting together his THIRD great side. why would he want the managerial grave that is the england job?

The only valid point this article makes is that McLaren is not good enough for the job, achieved zip at Boro, will achieve zip at England. As has already been stated AW is far too smart to take the England job. That said, I bet his England starting XI would be very different from McLarens, and better. Won't happen, we will probably qualify, bomb at the quarters and McL will keep his job and we will be saddled with 4 more turgid years.

Errrrrr...... No!!!! Why would he want to coach a team of perrenial underachieving t**ts when he's got an amazing team like ours. He's too good for England (and I'm English!!!) Maybe Aerot**t up there should give it a try???

Wenger would be dead before he could develop enough English-born players to match Arsenal. A better idea is to kill friendlies and have the England team (minus players from the host) play a better type of competition -- friendlies against teams from the Prem!

You've listed the perfect quality of "Arsene Wenger" especilly the reasons that make him different from the other managers with respect to the finantial muscle.Otherwise I've great respect for Sir Alex Ferguson! Apparently the Arsenal manager will build the 'dream team of the next England national team!!!!!!!!!

in my opinion i think there is not a greater manager than arsen wenger who have the ability to see through players' ability whever they are in lower divison or top. Arsene will be good at any job includes England.
