Onkel fester a k a Avram Grant has still a lot to prove before we can really call him a manager. So no, it´s stil same chelsea playing the anemic style of football as before.

Comparing Ramos with Jol is like comparing a zippo lighter to a pack of cheap matches,Ramos is different class to Jol, juande sees the problem and rectifies it.

No way Jose! Avram is still playin with Jose's players, same formation, similar tactics if not as good. TSO would never have lost against the Arsenal. He would never have lost against Manutd in Avrams first game either. The quicker we get a proper manager the better. Q. Which top club in the world would employ Avram? A. No one then Q. which top club would employ Jose? A. Every top club would
I agree with every point of that chelsea fan's, for what it's worth. No way would Mourinho have lost to the Arsenal on sunday.

this time last year we had Psycho in charge, we were looking over our shoulders at the possibility of a relegation dogfight, and were 'hoping' to add Mido to the ranks at City... Now, we have a manager with a proven track record at domestic level (and a pretty decent record at international level!), players of genuine quality have been brought in (with more to come), and we sit 4th in the Prem... I think its fair to say that we blues have a few reasons to be more cheerful than we were last year...and I can honestly say that without Sven at the helm, we would probably be in a somewhat different, and altogether less pleasing situation...so in answer to your question.... YES!!!

Ramos V Jol. I think we can only comfortably claim that Ramos is better than Jol when we see where Spurs are standing after two seasons.Could Ramos give Spurs back to back top 5 top? Could he better that? obviously it is far to early to predict that one.I like Ramos, he seems to be pushing Spurs in the right direction after an appalling start this term. But lets not simply forget what belief Martin Jol brought back to Spurs, he's certainly made the task easier for Ramos to go forward.

I really liked Jol but he seemed a very obstinate man in his team choices Ramos is not scared to make changes when they are needed also he is giving youth a chance Jamie O'Hara is a very good example he is not the finished article, but is a very good team player I have watched him progress from the youth team, reserves and now the first team, Ramos seems to inspire confidence in all players which is good for players coming through the youth system. I go to all the home/away games & reserve games as well every fan speaks highly of him. Next season will see the best of him of that I am sure. COYS
