We choked, no other way you can explain it. We completely dominated and played them off the park first half. And to let them get back into it was a disgrace on our part

bendtner was very luck not to get a straight red. the arteta red was very harsh but by "the letter of the law" its a red, theres no point appearling the FA are idiots.

Over the years, Everton have now came to a playing style similar to Arsenal's 2-3 yrs back, very tasty but frustrating results sometimes, like in this game. Arsenal have passed that style, and route 1 now will be their deadly canon. And beleive me, they'll make it very beautiful.

It was a bit of both. We were dreadful in the 1st half and Everton should have been out of sight, but the early goal in the 2nd seemed to rattle them and they started making mistakes.

Yeah, I think Arsenal stubled on that long ball approach in this game but it could be a vital weapon for them in future. Eduardo and the fast folowing midfield could make it very useful. Everton are getting better, and made terrible errors really, coyb!
