well done sportingo another lazy regurgitated topic from the home of bile. oh and well done on being quick to pay respects to the late Phil O'Donnell......oh wait you haven't. you could have dedicated a small article to the player where fans from around the globe could pay their respects but as it is a non sport dedicated site like youtube has done more to provide the football community with a platform with which to express their grief. well done sportingo, finger on the pulse as always.

I think a few of you need to get off your high-horse here. Sure, we are all affected by the sad news of Phil O'Donnell but to shout down a fan asking what everyone at every club is talking about (new signings) is out of order. Are we supposed to stop talking football, turn our computers off, ignore media & press & remain silent. We can show respect to the late Phil O'Donnell & still be interested in how Celtic will be during January. You'd think the guy writing this thread had slagged him off. You're a bunch of self-righteous hypocrites. So you won't all be talking of Hinkel & other possibles in the next few days? I thought so. Get off your high horse & stop insulting our intelligence. Green Glove. I

Well said Green Glove. We all grieve Phil O Donnel. But even Phil was one of us who would want life to go on. Losing Phil is losing a family member and he will always be remembered as one of us. But we can respect him and carry on with life too. RIP Phil, you'll never walk alone.

in is regurgitated mindless conjecture, well i'm sorry to inform you that most of us real football fans are effected by this loss and are not in the mood to fill sportingo's pages with mindless tittle tattle. you green glove should be ashamed to have assumed that the grief being displayed is not heart felt and i can only presume that this is because you're a pretty cynical kind of a guy with no real respect for his fellow man, let alone fellow fans of football. so you post your 3 in 3 out if that's what you feel like doing, some of us are feeling a little less up to it.

If you don't agree with what some people have said then fair enough but posting it only makes you look a bit heartless in the face of their grief.
There is no embarrassment on my part, sorry. Most of us i am certain will still be interested in possible signings. I mean, i feel genuinely moved by what has happened in the past 48 hours as most football fans are. It seems i'm some sort of ogre for being interested in possible signings, what is odd about that? Nothing. I am chilling out tonight, not drinking. I guess the ones on here having a go will have T.V. switched off, no music & wearing black? No, probably getting rat a***d for the bells. Hypocrites. At least i'm honest. You are full of **it.
Don't want to carry on with this verbal ping-pong. I basically thought it was way OTT the way the guy who started this thread was being chastised but i don't want it to be a diversion to the sad fact that Phil O'Donnell is no longer with us. I am not heartless, everyone expresses themselves in different ways, which may seem offensive to some when it isn't meant to be. I am touched by what has happened.

Strachan badly needs to get rid of Venegoor of Hesselink. His apparent "physical presence" is a myth, he hides from any decent deliveries into the box and we shouldn't be employing someone who won't do his job. Strachan should let Riordan go, simply because he can't spend any longer wasting his career on a bench with a manager too stubborn to give him his chance, and he should also send Evander Sno packing. If anyone knows who told that boy he was good at football let me know. He simply isn't good enough to play at a decent club. Strachan has brought Hinkel in which seems like a decent option, considering how he is regarded in his homeland, and this seems to be a much better bet than Coelho in light of the bother he has caused elsewhere. It's rumoured that Strach is also closing in on Koki Mizuno, a 22-year old Japanese wonderkid. This looks like a good move, since despite Celtic's other qualities I feel we really lack that flash and flare. We have Aiden McGeady but we need to add to that quick-footed skil
