Now this is what the FA Cup is all about. A journeyman pro for unfashionable Oldham sticking it to a Premier League bunch with European aspirations.

Gary MacDonald, who scored the Latics' winner at Goodison, earned his 15 minutes of fame with a cracker to KO Everton. But where were the Blue sharp-shooters?

moyes negative approach to the game with his constant moaning about not wanting to be beat by a club from a lower league installed fear in the players, who where more scared of loosing instead of trying to win
