wat worries is not so much the clean sheet but our inability to score the second goal. we lack real width esp on the left for the last 15 mins. Diaby, flamini, cesc and even helb were found in the middle and they kept trying to thread the ball down the middle which made it easier for the defenders to cut out the pass. Cesc has lost his influence somewat and as a result arsenal are not playing as well as they shld.

We can defend but we do not have an out-and-out striker who'll try 4 times, even from distance, and the get one - an Anelka (but I didn't want him back!). I'm fearful that Van P may be like Micky Owen - injured too often. We want beautiful football, yes, but much much more we want silverware. If we don't add to the strikers, the message for me is that the club is not intent on silvberware this season. Ugh

this is a game that a month ago even if you were not playing well at one nil you would of closed out, thanks to the defensive abilities of gallas, eboue and toure, but just like chelsea last season without there influential terry and carvalio, you have leaked a goal, and i think over the next 6 weeks the premiership will be won and lost, your reliance on CHEAP AFRICAN PLAYERS will cost you maybe 6 to 8 points you have already lost 2. and it will be a gap you cannot catch. lets face it, its all very well going on about how you build a team, but when 4 of them disapear and four big names disapear once every 2 years to africa it going to cost you, i find it funny how it may actually cost you on a year you could of actually won it, i am sick of hereing how good wenger is on building a team, well here you are reaping thre rewards from spending 2 million on an african player, lets face the same sort of english or european player would of cost 5 times that, but no you lot have to be cheap and spend next to nothing
