My preference is always for a banana, although I fully respect the opinions of those who prefer apples. What do you think?

At the moment i would say tarabt. that pureley based on theos latest performences. My biggest problem with him is his selfishness,,, he never passes! I live in south africa and i happend to go to spurs' preseason tour of south africa... I watch Pirates vs Spurs... Tarabt started and i was very impressed with him,,, AND IM A ARSENAL FAN!!

I believe that all fruit should be treated equally and on it's day can be beautiful. For me though it's the Banana!! Although it works best when mixed with other fruits. (stick it in a blender with some strawberry and yogurt for some real team play)

Its like saying "Who looks better, John Lennor or Evlis today". They do not play the same position and both have not played.

If Taarabt ever gets a run of first team games under his belt then there can be a case for comparison! Adel needs to learn teamwork... needs to know when to pass and when to turn a trick. I think he'll become an asset once he gets the chance to build up big match confidence and mature. Walcott is a talent... shouldn't have gone to the World Cup in place of Defoe though. Both players still have plenty to learn and plenty of time to develop and prove their talent. All in all I think Walcott has more to offer at the moment.

At the outset, I will say that I am not a fan of Walcott, based on his recent performances. I admit that he possess pace, but there is something else (maybe convince)that is missing. It could be a combination of many things, but in the end it might turn out that he will never be the striker based on expectations. This is unfortunate, but it is part of football phenomena, that some players shine brightly, but then start to plateau a short time afterwards. When this happens, some players rejuvenate their careers by changing clubs. A loan deal for Walcott is an option that the Arsenal organization should consider because there is only so must that can be learnt at one club and a fresh start could be benefical overall.

I see similar qualities and possible comparisons between former Arsenal player Jeremie Aliadiere and Walcott. It is now just a waiting game to see what happens? Jeremie Aliadiere, early in his careers, showed huge potential, will we be saying this of Walcott in a few years from now?

Walcott is still young and will improve, hopefully? He needs encouragement and alot of support to help him in his development stage. He has received alot of criticism recently, but this will only make him a better player. What can be done to make him a better player? Please, provide comments?

Taarabt has much better quality footballing skills. To be honest, Walcott, I wouldnt rate as being in the top 25 strikers, maybe 50 in the premiership. Hes over rated. Watch taarabt on youtube and hes a different class
