the more likely scenario is that after the euro 2008 he could well be the next west ham manager just have a feeling the bord arnt impressed with curbishly lack of ability in luring quality players in and dealing with them.

The way I read it Bilic is saying that no matter what money was on offer - or what team for that matter - he would stay as Croatia coach. Your headline is deliberately disparaging towards Fulham, but typical of cheap journalistic attitude towards Fulham and the owner. I bet if Murdoch owned Fulham you and your ilk would be creaming themselves at every opportunity... LBNo11

why knock the bloke for showing some loyalty to his national side?
by Glen on January 24, 2008
He got Croatia through a difficult group, and deserves lots of praise for doing so (regardless of England's poor showing!). Good luck to both him and Croatia at the finals. (they deserve to be there). He'll be a manaager of a club by the start of next season (either in Spain, Italy or UK (WHU maybe!) Glen
why knock the bloke for showing some loyalty to his national side?
exactly. he's not some spineless scumbag who would abandon his national team after he just got them into the euro championship... Bilic is a man of honor, like all croats. we are a proud nation, and wear our heart on our sleave. Bilic or any other croat for that matter would never do something as low as that.
