Torres is going nowhere and certainly not to the scum at Old Trafford!
by Nick on January 24, 2008
But it would be worth paying over the odd's for him just to see the look on the dippers faces.

Your right, this rumour, and i am sorry to say i read this also somewhere else on the net, is pure rubbish and you are right to point it out as so!
by Graham Wilson on January 24, 2008

Torres, like Berbatov, can be seen in the same light as a beautiful woman. You may be married to them but someone else always wants them. Of course Torres is a great player and stands out in an otherwise average to good team. So the papers, agents, and managers are always going to be day dreaming about how nice it would be if the player went here, there or anywhere. Hence the rumour business. And how often do the fans get sucked into it?---always.

another misleading headline, purely just to get into top stories on newsnow
by clarky on January 24, 2008
He certainly isn't going anywhere with Liverpool. They need DIC in and the owners and Parry and Beni out to start afresh.

Surely this is a joke

FAO: David Kirby (24 / 01 / 2008 14:54) Recommend Comment Quote Team captains. Sol, like Berbatov, can be seen in the same light as a beautiful woman. You may promote them but someone else always wants them. Of course Sol was a great player and stands out in an otherwise average to good team. So the papers, agents, and managers are always going to be day dreaming about how nice it would be if the player went here, there or Arsenal. Hence the rumour business. And how often do the daft n17 fans get sucked into it?---always. (why u lot never ever score 5 away to AFC only @ home. AFC can score 5 past shabby n17 home and away = advantage to supreme Arsenal -ha ha ha tra la la.)

"The England international has been one of the more impressive players at the Riverside this season " Complete BS. He's having a poor season compared to last. SHows how much the writer knows. And that applies to the story as a whole. BS.
Torres is going nowhere and certainly not to the scum at Old Trafford!
Ha ha ha ha being labelled scum by a Scouser is priceless and highly Ironic. This from the lot who stole tickets out of the hands of kids (fellow fans) at the champs league final and got us all kicked out of Europe. Kings among men the Scousers........... :-)

If Torres came to United it would be party time!!! but realistically, theres no chance in my eyes!
by Phil on January 24, 2008
As a neutral (everton fan) I think Torres has earnt an opportunity of playing for a big club. He's done well this season and a move to a big club should be his reward
by JON BOY on January 24, 2008
