Liverpool’s Fernando Torres in £40m AC Milan move
It's the latest mad, mad item from the rumour mill. But could there be a grain of truth in it?

For some unknown reason, £40m rated Liverpool striker Fernando Torres won't rule out playing for AC Milan in the future (La Stampa). This story is an odd one, and for the life of me I don’t get it. Unless of course it has all been made up, which seems unlikely as the story includes an attributed quote.
The Spanish international hitman said: "Relations between Atletico Madrid and Milan have always been excellent and there was talk about the possibility of going there, but I never received a precise offer from Milan. I don't know if I will eventually play for Milan. At this moment, no, as I am happy in Liverpool and the Premier League and I want to stay for a long time.”
He then finishes by saying: "But you can never say never." But why has he said any of this? I realise some unscrupulous reporter has asked him these questions in order to maybe elicit a controversial response, but why wouldn’t Torres just say “I am happy at Liverpool” and leave it at that?
I'm sure the former Atletico Madrid man is going nowhere anytime soon. He is bang in form and is singlehandedly carrying the side in the attacking third of the field. He is an Anfield legend in the making, but maybe he just needs someone to answer his questions for him.

The question "What do Liverpool fans think about this?". The answer - "More complete and utter crap from Sportingo"

This place is a joke. Maybe Torres was being honest, maybe if the author of this re-hashed shite had looked into Torres a bit more he'd of seen that Torres has had a prickly relationship with some of the Spanish press who have seen Torres as walking out on the club he purports to love, even though AMadrid are doing quite well without him. Must be a slow news day, or the hacks are just having a rest from their usual Rafa bashing.

THE PRESS IS DOING MORE DAMAGE TO LFC THAN THE YANKS. GIVE THE LADS TO A CHANCE TO PLAY TO THEIR LEVEL. LFC WILL BE A FORMIDABLE TEAM SOON. WE NEVER WALK ALONE

Isnt it telling when it appears the majority of articles on certain teams are made up or twisted? Liverpool are there with so many people and stories to write on them yet always on this site the writing is either out of context or just plain false. Frustrating and wierd mate. . .

this site is a joke, and any comment stating torres is on his way out, is fabricated by supporters who wish they had his qualities in their ranks. liverpool are not at all enduring good times but their clouds will pass as soon as the yanks.

Torres should go to Ac Milan because Torres could be famous because when of the first Spanish strikers to play with Ac Milan .
