Justin Cole gave the Wembley stewards a run for their money but he enjoyed his moment of glory with his heroes before handing himself in.

Justin Cole - that’s his name - fulfilled a lifelong dream on Sunday.
For those of you missed it, or indeed are still recovering from the celebrations following the Carling Cup victory over Chelsea, Cole, a Spurs fan from Kent, managed to invade the Wembley pitch - which clearly employed the same security firm used by BAA.
He found himself part of the champagne celebrations alongside his Tottenham heroes (Daily Mail). Just imagine how great he must have felt to be alongside his favourites on such an occasion. And it was good to see the stars not usher the fan away but instead make the supporter part of the party.
Winning their first silverware in nine years, and against a sworn enemy to boot, was clearly just too much for Justin to take as he defied capture to be among the celebrating players.

I personally think it was wonderful,he did no harm and was overcome with emotion as we all were.As your article says how wonderful it was that the player's let him join in.A nice gesture from the player's too,and I suspect it made the whole thing even more memorable for him.Hey it was a great day to be a Spurs fan,for all of us and him,so let him go.I am sure there will be people on here critical of his actions however maybe there are more important things to worry about..COYS!!

In the words of the Beatles "Let him be" What a day to be a spurs fan.If i was there i wud have been over come with emotion and i might have done the same. The fact that its reported he is a menmber of Joe Cole's familey is even better.

I did not see the game but I think this is really funny. I really dont think Justin should be charged for this, as it was harmless. But on the other hand you need to think about the message it sends out to other potential "pitch invaders" - they can't think that they will get away with it!! (P.S. So funny though!!!)
