Over the past few weeks, more and more clubs have been appealing against yellow and red cards. But none of them seem to get anywhere as the FA always protect the referees and assistants. Unless you play for Chelsea, it seems!

Somehow, the Blues have made a breakthrough with Frank Lampard getting his red card rescinded. How is this at all possible?

I watched the match and the England midfielder stamped and kicked out at Luis Boa-Morte, had a cheeky swipe at him as they stood up, then appeared to utter "Your dead" to him as he left the field.

'Please, please, just admit there is one rule for big clubs and another for the rest!'

All of this was screened and shown in various replays that surely the FA must have studied over and over again. Just who is making these decisions?

Last week, I watched Javier Mascherano grab Jeremie Aliadiere by the throat and the Frenchman retaliate with a girlie slap. Aliadiere gets sent off, Mascherano plays on.  Then the FA responds with "everyone gets treated the same."

Please, please, just admit there is one rule for big clubs and another for the rest!
