Out of the four Premier League teams in the last eight, Chelsea's squad is the best-equipped to go on and win the tournament, despite problems in the dressing room

Every year the English Premier League has four teams that qualify for the European Champions League.

'The Champions League should be called the European Boredom League'

A couple of season back, Everton finished fourth and Liverpool fifth, and the Mersey Reds actually won the competition on penalties. The answer was for Liverpool to play a play-off against a Welsh non-league team and gain entry that way. The rules have been altered to make sure if it happens again, the team who have won the competition will take the fourth spot.

I’m not sure Champions League is a fitting name anymore, because how often is the team that actually wins the competition the champion of their domestic league?

Maybe it should be called something like the European Boredom League, because from what I have seen it's all about set plays and free kicks.
