Gareth Southgate has been widely praised after Middlesbrough’s fine performance against Manchester United on Sunday.
Boro put in a great performance against the Premier League table-toppers and could easily have won the game if they had defended just a little better or if Tuncay had put away his opportunity late on which was saved by Edwin van der Sar.
