Patience is a virtue for Celtic wonderkid McGeady
The young Scottish-born Irishman has been an inspiration this season, but he needs to bide his time before moving south.

Having grabbed the two awards that players hold dearest to their hearts this season, Aiden McGeady is finally realising his undoubted talent.
The second Celtic player to receive both the PFA Young Player of the Year and Player of the Year awards is a mark of the respect McGeady is held in north of the border.
Shaun Maloney was the last player to collect both gongs but his decision to follow Martin O'Neill to Aston Villa has so far backfired. It seems McGeady has a wiser head on his shoulders and will most likely stay in the east end of Glasgow for a good few years yet.
McGeady is not the finished article and, at times, can be utterly frustrating to watch. But at other times he is sheer class and a constant thorn in the side of opposition teams.

as a celtic fan, i think mcgeady has been by far the best player. He deserved the awards hes got this season. i think he should stay here until hes 28! By then hell become a real worldclass player!
