Manchester United v Chelsea: Will it be a Red revolution in Moscow - or will Fergie suffer a bout of the Blues?
The Premier League's finest will travel to the Russian capital to battle it out for Europe's most glittering crown on May 21. It's going to be good, old fashioned English beef at Europe's top table (well, sort of!)

It may have taken 53 years but English football has finally cracked it. Two of of the country's biggest super heavyweights will slog it out in this year's Champions League final.
Manchester United and Chelsea, are, pound for pound, two of the country's most influential football names. When they step out in Moscow, both clubs will feel the full weight of expectation on their shoulders.
We all know about both clubs' bank balances but the European Cup means everything to them. You can have wealth and history on your CV but Sir Alex Ferguson and Avram Grant still want the key to the Promised Land.
After winning the Champions League in 1999, Ferguson insisted that United could win it again and again. You see, this fiery Scot is almost obsessively ambitious and when Fergie wants something he normally gets it.

The really interesting thing I find in this, is that whether Manchester United win this or lose it, it will come at the end of the match, that it was there own doing. It's United's to win, they should be favourites and they will be, however this also means it is there's to lose. If they win, it's greatly cheered and expected, a loss will mean they threw it away. Pressure's on Man U, come on Fergie, show the world after two decades you can still mould a side under pressure into... CHAMPIONS.

If you want to compare this teams I would say that of course Manchester is better, but we are talking on the final match so the result could be unexpective. Despite of Manchester success in semifinal vs Barcelona I didn't like Manchesters game that match. And some luck and Barcelonas weakness in attack helped a lot to Manchester. In Barcelona's attack I saw only 1 player - L.Messi, and he did with Manchester defense whatever he wants. If in the final Manchester won't began to attack I think Chelsea is stronger in positional attack and brute force.

In the Champions league final i think United will win 2-0, but on the other hand i don't like the way United play against big clubs, against chelsea, we were on the back foot the whole game and were lucky to get that goal from rooney. Against Barcelona, it suprised me that they didn't score in the 2 matches. We did get lucky to advance. I think Man U will win but going into the final, Chelsea, i think are a stronger force than United and will worrie the united defence from there attacking force. C'mon Man U show chelsea you are the Champions of Europe.

I totally agree with you Aidan, but you have to think back to that Chelsea clash at Stamford Bridge 2 weeks ago, chelsea have a brilliant home record, they were in form, had a good side on the pitch playing, and yet only won by 1 goal. Man Utd didn't play well, but think about this, Roony was injured the whole 56 mins he was on, Vidic went of injured, Tevez didn't play and Ronaldo only had 30 minutes on the field, so what does this tell you about Chelsea, therre SHIT!. At Moscow United will win 4-0, and be crowned champions of Europe. Chelsea are nothing Aidan, you can't let them think they are so good. We will win the double because we want it more then them. Chelsea who think they are so great, who beat an injured United side 2-1 at the bridge will have another thing coming at Moscow, they will be suprised.

I hate people talking rubbish about how good United are, we beat you 2 weeks ago. We are equal on points in the race for the title and we will win, purely because United have shit away record. At Moscow Chelsea will win 2-1, just like they did at the bridge. Man Utd fans talk shit because they can't handle that Chelsea are better. "Blue is the colour, football is the game......... CAUSE CHELSEA, CHELSEA IS OUR NAME.

Manchester United are the greatest team in the world and are the most supported team in the world because they are a fantastic team to watch with great players, a great coach and a remarkable history. Chelsea are full of it, they play shit football and there coach Avram Grant needs a face lift. Mun Utd will win the Champions League because they will be to good for chelsea to handle. The chelsea defenders won't know who to stop with the United attack, cause seriosly they can't stop Ronaldo, Rooney and Tevez all at once, plus they have to keep a watch out for Scholes and Giggs who also like to score goals. Chelsea are just a waste of time and are so ******* shit, Man U all the way, show the world you are the greatest and lift that Eurpean Cup high in Chelsea's face.

People always talk about Man U's past, and criticise the way Chelsea buys world class players. Firstly the past does not matter. It is the present. Secondly, how else do you get good players, other than buying them. What do Chelsea haters want? We cant just start off with great footballers, we have to make a start somewhere, so that we can make some of our own "history". And I also hate it how Man U fans say that their team plays a different class of football. Take a good look at your "star player" Cristiano Ronaldo. One touch and he is down, with his hands in his face crying, appealing for a penalty just because a defender nudged him. This is the same for Nani and many more Man U players. And as for Moscow, Chelsea will win, 2-0.

Chelsea will obviously win this fight of the Titans with the great Avrim Grant leading them on to their day of glory. The only question is by how much, my forecast is 2:1. I am only sorry that I will not be able to be at Stamford Bridge to welcome back the lads from their day of glory as I am an expat living in Santa Cruz Bolivia
by Stuart Anderson on May 20, 2008
This will be an extremely close game...and depends on what style is played. SAF needs to get united to play there normal attacking game which will be to much. Deploy Anderson to the center of mid for some muscle and he can boss both ballack and lampard just like he does to gerrard. It will be a close match but United will take the lead meaning Chelsea will Actually have to attack for once leaving them open for a brake away second. Cummon United!!!

Well well well, it looks like man united are once again Kings Of Europe. Chelsea suporters can now just sit back and cry because there just not good enough to beat Man U. we have just won the double and shown the world we are a class football team with world class players, and the best thing is man U will be better next yeat so watch out Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool because you won't come close to winning our titles next year, where going to have a Red Revolution for years to come. (We are the King Of Europe and the greatest team of all) Go Manchester United.
