I would rather we not ground share at all, but buy a new plot of land and build a whole new stadium. This negate sharing with anyone, we can still play at the lane and it saves us money in rent etc. From the plans that have been mooted about WHL it sounds like the whole place is going to be demolished to rotate it anyhow, so why do it on the same piece of land and cause us all these problems.
Wouldnt want to share with WHU, horrible place, terrible transportation to and from, there will be nothing but trouble. would much rather share with the scum
would it be all bad? lots of italian teams ground share, i don't care where they play tbh, ppl moan about the home atmosphere, perhaps it will be another rivalry to get the fans excited, see who can get the best home record blah blah blah
Welcome to the new era. These lot don't have a f*cking scooby about our club, our rivalries and ourtraditions, it's about money, money and more money. The sooner some of our supporters wake up to this fact the better.

Are you serious mate, have you ever been to whl? Worst transport links of any prem ground.

I don't know why Spurs and West Ham don't ground share the Olympic standium and leave the capacity as 85,000. Or Spurs rent out the Caravan Park down on the Bruce Grove waste tip. Of course we could leave it as we found it, full of sh**

@least the backroom staff @ b.st, would get to see a good team on their pitch every fortnight!!!oh and a full ground!!!imagine, one week spurs the next the stiffs (sorry i mean west ham)!!!!!!!!

From a purly business point of view i would rather we shared with the Scum than wet spam. We could get 50-60 thousand every home game and make a decent profit from renting the haemeroid stadium whilst the lane is redeveloped.

Disaster if we end up sharing with them cockle eating gypo's from east london there would be nothing but total carnage on a matchday absolutley absurd idea there will be fight's galore doesn't our board realise that in recent year's the rivalry between the two club's has become so intense just build the new ground next to whitehart lane if they can and if needs must id rather share with watford than the spammer's or the scum

Trust me there would be murders if we had to let the spuds share OUR ground. No way it would feel so dirty. Upton park is OUR ground spurs go away

East Ham traffic is always congested in the weekends it will be a nightmare. Twickenham has a decent capacity and has excellent transport around the stadium. I've been there to watch the Rugby a few times and i've always wondered how the stadium would look with 80,000 yids shouting the roof off.

im sure most spurs fans would rather slice their own throughts than share a ground with "the bubble blowers"!

We have heard about this in the past but it is the worst idea anyone has ever come up with, sharing with the pikeys would never work, they are the most hateful scum in the whole football league, they hate everybody, that comes from having nothing else to do all day, thier signings are like thier fans thugs e.g. bellamy. bowyer neill etc. if we were to ground share it would be carnage every game especially night games, I would sooner play at the new library at least we could instal a bit of atmosphere there.
im sure most spurs fans would rather slice their own throughts than share a ground with "the bubble blowers"!
Ideally we wouldnt need to share with anyone while re-building or relocating but if it means taking the club forward (something that has been put off for far too long) & there is no other option then so be it. I'd be happy to put up with it for 2 years f it meant Spurs would then have a 60k capacity. It would be a small price to pay! Besides at least Upton Park has a better atmosphere than Cashburton down the road!

Dont make me laugh. Spuds get 50-60,000 every week who do you think you are "WEST HAM".
by Bill on December 14, 2007
From a logical point of view, it would make no sense whatsoever. Spurs fans would hate the pre-match entertainment for a start. Spoon-playing and chorus after chorus of any old Iron? And where would they park? a sea of caravans would be intolerable. You couldnt move outside the ground for pearly kings and queens, and your hub caps wouldnt last long. No way.

This would only mean more work for the local Police, its bad enough when they are at Hammers for a match, to have them back and forth on a regular basis when anybody will tell you Hammers fans HATE Tottenham can only lead to trouble around the ground and local pubs on match days, A DEFINATE NO! NO!.

Why bother to ground share? We should simply build a state of the art Stadium on the Spurs Lodge site once we have moved the training to Bulls Cross. Then we can collectively stick two fingers up to Harringey who don't want us in Tottenham anyway. Another alternative would be to buy Picketts Lock and build a replacement community sports facility on a redeveloped White Hart Lane in amongst the new flats and houses - well if the Gooners can do it, why not us?

you cant move for mosques in green st to help out the muslim majority
by TrevorH on December 14, 2007
Why would West Ham want to share their ground with that little team from North London? You know the team, the 4th best team in London. The Orient need a bit of money, let them go there. they might just fill it up!
You having a laugh Ahmed you can't move for MUSLIMS anywhere in this country anymore, especially Newham.

I have grave concerns that any ground share, with either Arsenal or West Ham would have consequencies regarding H&S matters. The claims against slipping over disguarded eels bones would have slips, trips and falls insurance claims going through the roof, and over at the new library traffic on match days would be a nighmare as we try to park around all those damed caravans parked up, no its a new ground for me, and continued use of WHL until its built
by fish on December 15, 2007
why are spurs building a bigger ground when they can't fill their "big" club already, i mean how many kosher cab drivers are there? i think the real reason they don't want to ground share is because they're scared to venture that far from stamford hill unless they're looking for a fare.
by stephenperth on December 15, 2007
not with those uncouth uneducated gits from west ham. They have serious inferiority complex witha small mind mentality
by spurs on December 15, 2007
share with West haemeroids nah! iron hoofs singing childish songs about bubbles give us a break! They think we are rivals get lost there are only two rivals in London!! The haemaroids only rival leyton orient no disrespect to the o's
