Well written mate. How easily the F1 enthusiasts forget that a driver is also an integral part of the team. Like the engineers, mechanics in and outside the pits a driver is responsible to make decissions based on the interest of the team and the interest of money. The skill and talent of the man was so much that it made the others around him look like driving a golf buggey. He not only set the standards of driving but also set the standards of being a world champion. This is not just difficult to equal but uneasy to chase. The man has hung his helmet but left a reflection on his fans of the qualities to which his fans look upon and make him his idol. Not all could acheive this.
