The All Blacks start their build-up towards a back-to-back Grand Slam when they face Scotland at Murrayfield on Saturday (Sunday morning in New Zealand). The All Blacks have only just played one of the toughest Test matches of all time against the Wallabies.

This time round, the All Blacks coaching staff have again gone back to the rotation policy and only three players from the last Test are playing in this one. They are Keven Mealamu, Isaia Toeava and Ali Willams.

There are three new caps in the side. Prop Jamie Mackintosh, loose forward Liam Messam and lock Kieran Read start, while Mealamu becomes the 63rd player to captain the All Blacks with regular skipper Richie McCaw on the bench alongside star fly-half Dan Carter.

Sure, it's good to rest the odd key player but shouldn't the players who have played well the week before be rewarded by being selected for the next match? Why is it necessary to  come up with excuses that they are a bit sore after the Test against the Aussies; that they want to make sure they are ready for the next one, and they want to make sure that everyone feels part of the team?

You have to pick your team for success, that's why players left at the end of the World Cup, players like Carl Hayman, Luke McAlister and Doug Howlett.

But the game should be an All Blacks victory with the margin around 50 points. New Zealand have to play clinically; they have to play with the backs kicking and chasing down to the corners; they have to be good defensivly; they have to tackle hard and win quick ball from the rucks and set pieces.

For the Scots, who have never beaten the All Blacks, it's about playing with pride, passion and commitment, playing aggressively at the breakdown and using the ball in the forwards like we have seen in the past.

There are reportedly some 20,000 tickets still available for the  game so if you live in the Edinburgh area, why not go and enjoy the game? Whether you support the All Blacks or Scotland or don't even care about the game  I would like to hear your thoughts.
