The English campaign has not got off to the greatest of starts, as was expected. But perhaps, on this 'do-or-die' stage, it is when teams with pride and guts like England may against the odds overcome their failings - and even bring the Webb Ellis back home again. Come on England!

Yes mate, unrealistic, but why not. If we can't beat a bunch of former convicts, then God help us. Actually, he might just do that given their murky past. But I can't see us putting one over NZ. Ain't gonna happen.

The winner of Saturdays game between England and Australia will win the cup. The victor will be ready for anything after that.

You're absolutely nuts Kevin. In fact, the foirst three posts are ridicuolous. The winners of Australia/England will have a shot at winning it only because it will be Australia. England played no-one of note other than SA and we all know how that ended. You think England can improve over a few games to bridge that gap? They will have to to win the thing but then again they won't get past the Aussies so this is all a dream. You arrogant, deluded muppets. Typical English, showing no respect to anyone. W*nkers

England does not stand a chance against the Ozzie's. Look what the boks did to them. This years tri-nations game in SA between the boks and the wallabies was real close. England doesn't stand a chance!

Remember at the height of Welsh power when they won the Grand Slam in 2005, Fiji lost against Wales and IN CARDIFF by a single point....surely they should have at least sensed a loss was not to distant in the future. Every man and his dog wrote Fiji off from the start. Gave no respect to Tonga, Argentina and Samoa for this world cup. The winds of change are here, NH so called superpower teams look pathetic in this tournament. No pride, no passion, just a lot of money looking ever so more like spoilt rich european football teams. Its simple, SH have no respect for NH who have forgotted what the rugby code is all about. And they are getting their grassroot lessons this RWC 07

However, for the Quarters - France and Eng have a "punchers" chance. France will play their best game and Eng will play it tight and Johnny will kick (they will try to pressure Barnes). The question is - is this enough? Scotland will also rely on their kicker, Patterson, and will test the Argies. Fiji will just have fun. I'll still go for the big 4 Southern Hemis teams. However, just got a nagging feeling an upset is still possible (Eng, France, Scot - in that order of likelihood in upsetting their opposition)
