Next month's French and Swiss World Cup races that were cancelled due to a lack of snow will not be transferred to North America, the International Skiing Federation (FIS) said on Thursday.
"None of the cancelled ladies or men's alpine FIS World Cup events will be moved to North America," the FIS said on their Web site.
"Information about possible replacement events will follow as soon as possible."
The cancelled races were scheduled for December 9 and 10 in the French Alps of Val d'Isere and in the Swiss resort of St Moritz.
