1. The promotion will commence on July 1, 2007 and run until 23:59 on July 31, 2007.

2 The Prize:
One autographed Nottinghamshire Bat.

3. The editorial judging will take place on July 31, 2007. The winner will be selected by the editors based on originality, personal opinion and creativity.

4. Prize winners may be required to complete and return a form by fax or post to the Promoter to confirm their eligibility within 48 hours (e.g. proof of age, residence). If a winner fails to collect their prize or confirm their postal address within the time stated or is found to be ineligible for any reason, a further winner will be selected in their place. The winners will be deemed to consent to the use of their name, likeness and image for publicity and commercial purposes in connection with the promotion without further compensation. The winners' names will be available on request from the marketing department of Sportingo at the address given below.

5. Entry is automatic for anybody who submits a cricket article to Sportingo. With every cricket article that the author submits, their name will be entered into the draw. The more articles you submit, the higher the chances to win the prize.

7. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for: (1) lost, late or undelivered entries, notifications or communications; (2) any technical, computer, online, telephone, cable, electronic, software, hardware, transmission, connection, Internet, website, or other access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder the ability of an entrant to enter the promotion; or (3) for any event which may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Entrants who attempt to tamper with code will be disqualified.

8. The Promoter disclaims any liability for inaccurate information, whether caused by the website, users, equipment used in the promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the submission of entries.

9. The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions prior to the cessation of the promotion for any reason, including but not limited to technical reasons such as computer viruses, bugs, tampering or technical failures.

10. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter and all entrants irrevocably agree that the courts Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Entry is not open to employees and families of employees of Sportingo, their agents or anyone connected with this competition.

12. Entry is only open to persons aged over 18.

13. The judge's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is available.

15. Carrier and other terms of third parties may apply.

16. Names of prize winners will be available from Sportingo within ten days of the relevant closing date.
