You must remember that when he ran that 100m time he slowed up in the last 10m so he can more than likely run faster than 9.69. In that awesome 200m race he ran flat out.

the 200 is quicker because the second 100 split is on the fly and if you double the time of 9.69 it is not quicker than 19.30. even though he seemed to ease up he was still at full speed and probably only lost one or two hundreths, as raising your arms ove
