To be honest I think the water came pouring out of the tyre barrier when Kimi hit it. The circuit is on an incline to there (like most of the circuit) and it seemed to just trickle across the track in a stream.
I was thinking the same thing about drivers only being able to go back on the track after a check, Mick. When Kimi's wing fell off it could have caused a nasty accident for the next car. Try convincing a driver though! Totally unenforceable really. Could
Hi PG, missed Kimi's crash, went to fetch my food. Came back and saw the red flags and then the replay of Fisi's crash. Later they showed Kimi's crash replay. Saw that he backended into the tyre barrier, took his rear wing off but didn't see any oil/water
