That's why we don't win much in big competitions because we don't treat sport like other countries and don't put enough into it. Most sportsmen/women need to go to America to train where the facilities and coaches are so much better. My wife is a swimming

i have had to get my boys exercise through out of school activity.....he goes swimming, rugby (well did today) karate and cycles....his mother takes him running.....its important to balance out the wii,s....play stations etc etc............

its a good way to keep fit but i found swimming better .
