Davydenko is a dirty player, always has been. For the good health of tennis he should be banned from the sport. He doesn't belong in the top ten anyway.

Davydenko has played his way into the top ten so he does belong there but the irregularities in this match and others have to be explained else the ATP will look pretty bad. Maybe there is an explanation that doesn't have anything to with Davydenko but, if so, let's hear it.
