With a little improvement, the boy from Dunblane could very soon join the elite group of genuine title contenders led by Federer.

With a little improvement, Andy Murray could very soon belong in the small group contending for Grand Slam titles.
The current ATP No.11 only requires some fine tuning to join the main challengers. There is nothing big when you watch him play but the 6ft 3in Scot possesses the ability to upset even world No.1 Roger Federer - which he has done on two occasions.
As Andy Roddick puts it: “A lot of us out there are bruisers, Andy Murray is a player.”
Although Murray is a product of the modern game - tennis with double-fisted backhand and intense pace - he plays with so much sublime touch. Not only can his frame produce a powerful shot from the baseline, he can also produce drop-shots, lob-volleys and drop-volley winners all in one rally point.
