Can Victoria Azarenka be the new queen of women's tennis?

Whenever the new tennis season begins, tennis fanatics across the globe begin to focus their sights on emerging talent. 

Last year saw a cluster of young talent emerge on the WTA tour and few fans would have predicted that a rising star would emerge from Belarus. But Victoria Azarenka is slowly proving the world wrong, and the young 18-year-old continues to pass milestone after milestone.

Already this year she has gone above and beyond what she accomplished in the previous season by reaching a career high rank of 24. 

Last year, at the US Open, she reached the fourth round, on the way demolishing Martina Hingis 3-6 6-1 6-0.  The fourth round may not seem very significant to a lot spectators, but she is only 18 and has a full career ahead of her.
