THE WEBSITE AND OWNERSHIP ISSUES

This Website is intended to provide a platform for obtaining, sharing, broadcasting, and exchanging information, knowledge, reviews and opinions on various sports related topics. The Website contains information and various graphical and illustrated content, provided by the people using the service (“Content”). The Content also includes the User Submissions described and defined below. With the exception of the Content contained herein, all rights, including without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, trade dress, logos, design, and other intellectual property and moral rights in and to this Website, are and will remain the sole and exclusive property of Sportingo or its third party providers.

USE OF WEBSITE CONTENT

This Website is primarily based on Content provided by the people using the Website. Kindly be advised that you are strictly forbidden from posting any Content which you know to be false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, illegal, inappropriate, libelous, offensive, intrusive, menacing, harmful, infringing, pornographic or vulgar (including personal information or information identifying any person unlawfully), or Content which may incite criminal conduct, violence, sadism, cruelty or racial, sexual, or religious hatred/discrimination. You further agree not to provide any Content which may contain viruses or any other technological means which may harm people using the Website, or the interests or property of Sportingo. You may not provide names and contact details of minors without the express permission of a legal guardian.

By posting Content on the Website, you agree to and hereby do grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, Sportingo and its contractors an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully sublicensable, fully paid-up, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, edit, publicly display, digitally perform, and distribute such Content and to prepare derivative works of and/or incorporate such Content into other works for display on Sportingo and/or on such third party sites,  partner sites or third party publications as Sportingo may deem appropriate.

You may use the Website and Content for personal purposes only. You may not copy or use the Content or permit copying or usage by others, for any commercial purposes whatsoever. You are also not permitted to display, modify or distort the Content or its appearance in any manner.

Sportingo reserves the right at all times to disclose any Content received from you as it deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request or in accordance with these Terms of Use.

ABUSIVE CONTENT

You understand and agree that Sportingo may review and delete any Content that under Sportingo’s sole discretion violates the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or violate the rights of, harm, or threaten the safety of other people using the Website. In addition, each person logged onto the Website may notify Sportingo that he or she considers certain Content to be abusive and offensive and provide reasons supporting such notification, and Sportingo may, at its discretion, examine the contested Content and temporarily remove any such Content from the website. In the event Sportingo determines that such removed Content is in fact abusive, at Sportingo's sole discretion, such Content will be removed permanently from the Website. Sportingo further reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, in the event of continuous uploading of abusive Content.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

In addition to browsing the Website and the Content provided herein, we welcome our users to subscribe as members and enjoy certain services which are available only to members, and such services may be modified from time to time. If you wish to apply for membership, you are requested to subscribe at http://www.sportingo.com/Registration.aspx. Please be advised that when subscribing as a member, you hereby agree to provide us with true and accurate information. Sportingo reserves the right not to accept an application for membership for reasons which may include, but are not limited to, the following: (i) use of a name that is not the legal name of the applicant (ii) use of a false I.D. number (iii) use of any false information at time of application or (iv) failure to meet other conditions for application as defined by Sportingo.

If you wish at any point to terminate your membership, please contact us at info@sportingo.com and Sportingo will remove your membership subscription. After terminating your membership, you may re-register for membership within three months under the same username, as your membership username will be preserved for such period. After three months you must re-register under a different username.

Please be aware that Sport may terminate one's membership, or suspend use of the services offered to members for a set period, without prior notification, in any instance in which Sportingo, at its discretion, believes that continuing such membership may cause harm to the Website, its users, or any other person. Such instances may include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Behavior that is contrary to public order or propriety
2. Unlawful behavior
3. Using or planning to use the services herein with the goal of harming national or public interest
4. Use of someone else's username and password
5. Defamation of character or behavior injurious to another individual
6. Registering as a member twice under different usernames
7. Actions harming the positive use of the Website;
