After losing away at Fulham last weekend, Birmingham's fate is out of their own hands and they look likely to be playing Championship football next season. Alex McLeish has been assured of his position as manager but their recent form has really cost them. Without a win in five games, including a 5-1 derby defeat to Aston Villa, they have to win this and hope Fulham and Reading don't win to stay in the Premier League. Blackburn will be no pushovers, they can still qualify for an InterToto league position and Roque Sant Cruz is in red hot form having scored eight goals in his last eight games.
